ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1996 and has grown into a strong team of six who work together to serve our customers and community. Before opening the agency, I worked for State Farm corporate and spent time in three different regional offices, gaining valuable experience that helped shape the way I lead and support our team today.

I'm a graduate of Clemson University, where I completed both my undergraduate and master's degrees. Being involved in the community is very important to me, and our agency stays actively connected with local schools and community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ken Rowland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
