Maintenance Technician Phoenix, AZWe're hiring dependable Maintenance Mechanic who will be responsible for repairing and maintaining production machinery and equipment. Mechanics work independently or in small teams to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing production environment.Company Description This is a well established paper company with locations throughout the United States. The Phoenix location is their busiest location printing 108,000 bills within a 10 hour period candidates who want to grow and develop throughout their career.• Competitive pay at $25+ DOE • Steady, full-time work • Opportunity to gain experience on a major job siteJob Duties Specific Job Skills:Keep production running by troubleshooting and repairing equipment fastHandle preventative maintenance to avoid downtimeSupport larger repairs by working with vendorsOrder parts and keep maintenance organizedTrain operators on basic fixes and best practicesMakes repairs to machinery and equipment in a timely manner.Completes preventative maintenance activities on machinery and equipment based on established guidelines.Reports major machinery and equipment issues and problems to Mechanic Supervisor/Manager.Works with external vendors if needed to facilitate machinery and equipment repairs.Prepares orders and processes for replacement parts as needed.Facility maintenance.Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.ScheduleMust be able to train for a few months on 1st shift then will be moved to 2nd shift once training completedPay:$25+ an hour DOESchedule : Monday -FridayA-Shift:Monday 5am-2:18pm Tuesday-Friday 6am-2:18pm (training for the first few months)B-Shift: Monday-Thursday 2pm-10:18pm Friday 2pm-11:18pmMinimum Requirements:Specific Job Skills:Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals and groups both within and external to the company to achieve desired results. Demonstrated ability to analyze an issue/problem and make recommendations for an effective and efficient resolution. Excellent verbal communication skills. Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis.
