Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Office Assistant with a positive attitude to join our team. In this role, you can work independently and will have the opportunity to take on more advanced tasks as you learn our system.
Job Duties:
Answer phones and handle filing, copying, and scanning
Type Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Collect weekly timecards and check hours for accuracy
Keep the office clean and organized (including taking out trash)
Receive material into the inventory system
Prepare sales quotes and email (RFQs) quotes to vendors
Save and organize shipping photos by job number
Requirements:
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work well with a team
Positive, reliable attitude
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
