We're continually seeking to expand our team with individuals who have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.Join us at Flying Horse Resort and Club, your success starts now.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports the essential functions of the Membership Department by promoting a strong, consistent, and successful brand presence.Conduct tours of The Club for prospective MembersThe ability to quote Membership pricing and initiation feesInput member information into Jonas and prospective member information into HubSpotCreate and maintain membership files: confirming all documents are complete/signed, files are submitted to accounting, acceptance letters are signed by the General Manager and copies are mailed to the MemberPrepares monthly list of new, and resigned, members and distributes to all department headsAttend member functionsCreate and edit newsletters, weekly Monday emails, manage website and mobile app content, and work with department heads to highlight departmental operations onlinePrepare prospective member packages for club toursMonitor inventory for membership plan documents and other office materials, notifying Membership Director when additional supplies are neededAssist with membership and marketing projectsMaintain a firm understanding of all departments and the services they offerUnderstand all Club policies and proceduresMaintain a working knowledge of safety and security proceduresOther duties as assigned by the Membership DirectorQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:An Associate’s Degree or comparable experienceAbility to use Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to learn new programsMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyGraphic design experience or training is preferred but not requiredAbility to work evenings, holidays and weekends on an as needed basisADDITIONAL NOTES:Employee must possess exceptional customer service skills and strong oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate a proficiency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.
