Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Engineer to optimize supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, manage inventory, and support procurement, logistics, and production planning activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of materials and products. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes. Develop and maintain supply and demand planning strategies. Monitor inventory levels, material requirements, and replenishment activities. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse teams. Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, costs, and delivery schedules. Identify supply chain bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling. Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports and dashboards. Track key metrics such as inventory turnover, lead time, on-time delivery, and transportation costs. Assist in developing cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records. Support ERP/MRP systems and ensure data accuracy. Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages and delivery delays. Ensure processes comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Participate in continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics , or a related field. Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred. Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP experience. Power BI or other data visualization tools. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma. Experience with supply chain analytics and forecasting. Understanding of supplier relationship management.
