This role is fully remote and pay is solely production and commission based with a bonus structure. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other key industry players. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our services and demonstrate the value we bring to clients. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company’s services. Title Production: Oversee the production of title insurance policies, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business opportunities, and market conditions for management review. Qualifications Licensure: Must hold a valid Title Producer License in the state of New Jersey. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in title insurance or related fields, with a focus on business development. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make compelling presentations. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on market data.
