What You’ll Do as an Account Specialist

As an Account Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional assistance. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with residential and commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Assisting in the coordination of roofing projects, including scheduling, updates, and follow-ups. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. - Managing client accounts, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that arise. - Supporting the team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results. - Familiarity with roofing or construction services is a plus but not required.
