Accounts Receivable CoordinatorSentry Management is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Corporate Support Center located in Longwood Florida. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have the ability to quickly solve problems, and have excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.Job Duties:This is a general list and is not intended to be compressive:Respond to telephone calls and emails timely.Support regional offices to:Investigate accounts receivable ledger and payment inquiriesEnsure timely posting/processing of homeowner payments to accounting systemMaintain billing schedule of association duesEnsure timely updating of new homeowner information into association databaseEnsure timely mailing of payment coupon booklets/invoicesEnsure timely billing of delinquent penalties and mailing of delinquent noticesMaintain accurate accounts receivable report for monthly association financial packageApplicant Must Have:Effective communication skills, both written and verbalMicrosoft Suite experienceComputer literate and ability to manage a diversified workloadOutstanding customer service and problem-solving skillsPrior Accounts Receivable experienceHigh school diploma or Associates degree (preferred)Benefits and Compensation:Medical, Dental VisionShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife & AD&DPaid VacationPaid Personal/Sick DaysPaid Holidays401(K)Compensation is based on experienceSentry Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
