B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable Residential HVAC Installer for their Reading, PA location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshooting and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.

Pay rate: $28-38 per hour

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced Installers!

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and refrigerant piping
• Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with code requirements and company standards.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns.

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-$38. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
