Scientist, Bioinformatics

We are seeking a Scientist to join our team in bioinformatics. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing ATAC-seq data, annotating cell types, clustering samples, and performing differential expression analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics and experience with the relevant tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities Analyze ATAC-seq data to identify cell-type specific regulatory elements Develop and implement clustering algorithms to group samples based on their biological characteristics Perform differential expression analysis to identify genes that are differentially expressed across samples Collaborate with the research team to design and implement bioinformatics pipelines Develop and maintain documentation of bioinformatics workflows and results Requirements Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field Strong background in bioinformatics and experience with ATAC-seq analysis Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R Experience with clustering algorithms and differential expression analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
