This role is based in Dallas and offers broad exposure—beyond traditional corporate FP&A and reporting—into operations, field partnership, and strategic support.

The Role

• Serve as a key member of the Finance team
• Lead financial operations, analysis, and strategic decision support for a major division
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business and capital investments
• Partner cross-functionally to drive accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience within large manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments
• Open to strong Senior Analysts ready to step into management
