The Opportunity Work on M&A and capital raising transactions across the consumer sector Gain hands-on exposure to both sell-side and buy-side advisory engagements Play an integral role in live transactions from initial pitch through closing Work closely with senior bankers, private equity firms, founders, and executive management teams Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials Participate in industry and company research to identify trends and potential opportunities Join a collaborative environment offering strong deal exposure and long-term career development What We're Looking For 1+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience Strong experience with financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution M&A experience preferred Consumer sector experience is beneficial but not required Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record Why This Opportunity?
