Human Resources Supervisor

We're looking for a Human Resources Supervisor who enjoys supporting people and helping organizations succeed. In this role, you'll be involved in a wide variety of HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and performance management. You'll partner closely with managers and employees to support day-to-day HR operations while helping foster a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. What You'll D Support the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new employees Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, qualifying life events, employee education, vendor coordination, and benefits compliance Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations matters, helping ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolutions Assist with employee investigations, documentation, and follow-up as needed Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and other applicable requirements Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities to provide a positive employee experience Assist with developing, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and best practices Prepare HR reports, metrics, and other workforce data as needed Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the HR team and overall business objectives What We're Looking F Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienc Three to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience in a similar rol Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirement Experience administering employee benefits program Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Team Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across the organizatio High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with sound judgmen Experience supporting a manufacturing, aerospace, or government contracting environment is a plu s.
