Client Service Admin

Our client, a dynamic organization in the data processing industry, is seeking a Client Service Admin to join their team. As a Client Service Admin, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range: $22.00hr to $23.00hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Process and manage data efficiently using Excel and other tools.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
