Our organization in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to become part of our dynamic and collaborative team.

Position Overview:

• Become a member of a supportive Women's Health team that includes OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs).
• Enjoy a flexible work schedule with a 4-day week and a call rotation of 1:6.
• Practice confidently in a Level III NICU with around-the-clock Neonatology support, handling approximately 1,000 deliveries annually (no circumcisions performed).
• Utilize advanced technology such as Da Vinci robotics, EPIC EMR, and AI scribe tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Be part of a facility recognized by Newsweek as a "Best Maternity Care Hospital."

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary of $450K with unlimited earning potential.
• Sign-on bonus of $200K.
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and up to $75K per year in loan repayment assistance.
• Relocation assistance of $20,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes various retirement options.
