Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems. Analyze work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete jobs according to company standards. Request necessary parts and equipment for each job and ensure the truck is properly loaded. Document work performed in accordance with company procedures. Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards. Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance.
