Corporate Executive Protection Agent – Dallas, TX Position: Employee (F/T) Salary: $133,000/year + Bonuses + Benefits Location: Dallas, TX Job ID: 159381 Employment Type: Full-time Employee (W-2) Start Date: Immediate Schedule: Hybrid (in-office ~3 days per week) Travel: 60-75% of the year (mostly domestic with occasional international trips) The role is an unarmed protective agent responsible for providing direct, low‑profile protection of a designated executive across daily movements, domestic and occasional international travel, and high‑profile engagements. The agent will work within a small dedicated protective detail, handling advance planning, real‑time decision‑making, and seamless execution in dynamic environments. Responsibilities: Provide unarmed close protection of the principal across all environments. Plan and conduct advance work. Maintain continuous situational awareness and proactively identify risks. Make independent operational decisions to ensure safety and mobility. Execute mobility without disrupting the principal’s business or public profile. Coordinate transportation, logistics, and movement execution. Support protective operations for family members and associated principals. Match the principal’s style and pace while maintaining protection effectiveness. Render emergency medical care if required. Integrate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Maintain communication with the operational lead. Document operational activity and contribute to after‑action reviews. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years protective security experience in active, field‑based roles. Executive protection experience in a corporate environment. Prior U.S. military background. Current CPR / AED / First Aid certification. Established relationships with DFW‑area law enforcement and corporate security. Completion of a formal Executive Protection training program and/or recognized industry EP certifications. Professional bearing appropriate for boardroom and high‑visibility public environments. Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion. Valid U.S. Passport with availability for domestic and minimal international travel. Willingness to travel extensively (60–75%) and provide 24/7 availability. Physically fit with clean, professional appearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Clean criminal background, current driver’s license, and clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: Prior U.S. military SOF background. Completed a recognized protective driving or advanced vehicle dynamics program. Experience supporting principals with significant public profile or media exposure. Familiarity with executive aviation logistics and corporate transportation coordination.
