Radiologic Technologist – Radiology

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 143 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: TBD

Requirements:

- Graduate of an American Medical Association-approved school of radiologic technology.

- Registered in at least radiography.

- Additional certification in computed tomography is highly preferred.

- Training and/or experience specific to radiology practices regarding neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

- Familiarity with computer applications required; Meditech Health Information System is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Operate a Computerized Tomographic scanner to image various body parts including the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities.

- Work collaboratively with radiologists and the Director of Radiology to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Maintain effective communication with patients, co-workers, and healthcare practitioners.

- Exhibit flexibility to adapt to changes and cross-train in additional imaging modalities.

- Uphold the integrity and quality of care in accordance with established standards.
