Overview: Per Diem NNP Role by the Ocean Neonatology Opportunity in Panama City, FL Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well established neonatology team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in beautiful Panama City, Florida a coastal community known for its turquoise waters, relaxed lifestyle, and family friendly environment. Position Highlights Level III NICU (28 beds) with an average daily census of 19 and ~2,700 deliveries per year. In-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage with strong physician support. 24 hour in house shifts Shared responsibilities including rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience. Collaborative, team-oriented environment with neonatologists who value NNP autonomy and clinical judgment. Full subspecialty support plus a dedicated neonatal transport team.
