Show Request Assistant

Job Description

This position is responsible for fulfilling requests from our sales representatives, retail partners, and collectors for specific pieces from our vault of luxury jewelry. This position also provides support for special events including trade shows, conventions, and fashion shows. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and trustworthiness are a must.

Responsibilities:

Monitor various channels for product requests and enter these time-sensitive requests for jewelry in our proprietary ERP System
Prioritize orders based on show schedules and event deadlines
Pull requested pieces from inventory and prepare for shipment
Provide support to sales team, retail partners, and collectors for all orders, including day of show requests
Use proprietary software to maintain accurate jewelry inventory and record transactions
Assist with planning, set up, and execution of special events such as conventions, trade shows, fashion shows, and other company sponsored events

Qualifications:

Technological proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize workload
Strong organizational skills
Accurate and consistent attention to detail
Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and execute tasks as directed
Able to collaborate with and support fellow team members

Salary Information : $19.00-$23.00 per hour
