With a commitment to trust, safety, and service excellence, we deliver tailored charter solutions and seamless travel experiences supported by a modernized fleet and nationwide reach.The RoleThe Parts Specialist supports the Materials and Maintenance teams by handling the daily coordination, receipt, storage, and issuance of aircraft parts, tools, and consumables.Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role ensures the accuracy, traceability, and timely availability of materials that keep our aircraft operating safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels in the ERP/MRP system, perform daily parts transactions, assist with cycle counts, and track part movements to ensure data accuracy.Receiving and Shipping: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation (8130-3, packing slips, invoices), ensure regulatory compliance, and store parts per manufacturer and FAA requirements.Procurement Coordination: Support parts requests and purchase order processing with approved vendors, monitor order status, and communicate delivery updates to maintenance leadership.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain organized records of traceability, shelf-life tracking, and hazmat documentation in accordance with FAA Part 145 and company procedures.Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Technicians, and the Parts Manager to ensure timely support for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.Qualifications3+ years of experience in aviation parts, logistics, or materials coordination (Part 135/145 environment preferred).Familiarity with FAA documentation and certification forms (8130-3, teardown reports, trace).Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Quantum, AMOS, or similar).Key CompetenciesStrong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced maintenance operation with 4x10 or rotating schedules.Job TypeOnsiteCompensation And BenefitsFully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employeePaid Time Off (PTO)401k Plan w/MatchingJet Excellence, LLC is an equal opportunity employer that provides equal employment opportunities (EEO).
