TECHNICAL BACKOFFICE SPECIALIST

Position As MEI USA continues to evolve and grow our business across North America, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Backoffice Specialist. You will assist our customer service department with quote processing and technician preparation and report to our Technical Backoffice Supervisor. TBO Specialist Responsibilities Preparation and debrief of technicians’ business trips (installation, PM, and technical assistance visits). Technician report processing. Part number verification when requested by technicians for remote support and aftersales. Special customer projects. Part quotes and processing Customer meetings for technical questions Open to the possibility of limited travel for training purposes. Other duties as assigned. Benefits Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Starting pay between $30.55 - $45.82/hr. We offer competitive base pay, overtime, and a discretionary bonus.
