Join our growing manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist II and put your skills to work on precision components where quality and craftsmanship matter.

We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist II who can read blueprints, set up and operate CNC equipment, troubleshoot machining processes, and produce quality parts to tight customer specifications.


What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and customer specifications using standard and metric measurements.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Load raw materials, select and install cutting tools, and make program and tooling adjustments as needed.
• Use precision measuring equipment, tool presets, and Renishaw probes to verify parts meet specifications.
• Monitor machines, troubleshoot processes, replace worn tooling/inserts, and make adjustments to maintain quality.
• Perform equipment inspections, daily machine maintenance, and production documentation.
• Learn and utilize CAD/CAM programming and G&M codes .
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and production team members to meet quality and production goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes ; experience with plasma, press brakes, and conventional machining is a plus.
• Strong blueprint reading, measurement, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• CNC setup experience with fixtures, tooling, and attachments is a plus.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening .
