Pharmacy Technician Assistant

A Day in the Life:

As a Pharmacy Technician Assistant, your day is focused on creating a smooth and efficient experience for customers at the pharmacy counter. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and assist with locating non‑prescription items while ensuring each interaction is professional and courteous. You play an important role in helping customers navigate their visit and direct questions to the pharmacist when needed. Another part of the role is keeping the pharmacy organized and running consistently throughout the day. You’ll assist with order processing, maintain cleanliness, and help manage records and basic pharmacy tasks within regulatory guidelines. Customer Interaction Skills

: Accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products Equipment Use:

Operating pallet jacks, box cutters, and store equipment following safety guidelines Inventory Awarene

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
