Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours Schedule: Sunday 3pm-11pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm & Saturday 3pm-11pm. Starting pay is $20.50/hour , with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential . Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential , with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour . An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans. Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs. Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes. Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
