This position is a 100% remote U.Some travel for day-to-day work, team meetings, and training will be required. Understand prospective agent's customer base and marketing strategy by presenting and explaining how Swyfft fits with their customers and strategy. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to agents by showcasing Swyfft’s world-class user experience and the products we offer. Promote Swyfft’s platform through the education of agents at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Partner with our sales and marketing team members to improve our agency platform experience. Potential customers are eager to listen to you. You don’t wait for the phone to ring; Your natural curiosity about the P&C world makes you a valuable player in policy language and coverage. Previous knowledge of Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood policies and programs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required. Computer Skills: We’re an MS Office environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack) Experience with CRM programs such as HubSpot is a plus.
