• Starting pay of $18.00$24.00 per hour , based on experience

Higher starting wages may be available for candidates with commercial kitchen, deli, convenience store, restaurant, or food service experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to company recipes
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Clean and maintain fryers, ovens, grills, cookware, and food preparation areas
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow recipes and directions
• Comfortable working around hot equipment and food preparation
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Kitchen, restaurant, deli, convenience store, or food service experience is a plus, but not required

No experience? No problem! We provide paid training and are happy to teach motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible new full-time hires can earn a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Bonus Payout Schedule

• $500 after successfully completing your 90-day introductory period , in accordance with the Goose's Edge Employee Handbook.
• $500 after completing an additional 30 days of active employment (120 days total).
• $500 after completing another 30 days of active employment (150 days total).

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for each payment, employees must:

• Successfully complete the introductory period.
• Remain actively employed through each payout date.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance, performance, and conduct in accordance with the Goose's Edge Employee Handbook.
• Be in good standing with Goose's Edge Inc. at the time each bonus is paid.

Sign-on bonus is available to eligible new full-time hires only and is subject to applicable payroll taxes.
