All other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal. Able to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. At least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); regular availability during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
