To aggressively scale revenue-generating teams, the full-time remote Senior Sales & GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, partner with commercial leadership, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. Key responsibilities Drive full-cycle GTM hiring for sales, customer success, and revenue operations roles, ensuring rapid time-to-close Collaborate with commercial leadership to align on hiring targets and develop structured hiring processes Proactively source and convert high-performing sales talent using creative outbound strategies Required qualifications 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on SaaS Sales and GTM teams Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to evaluate sales talent effectively Proven track record of closing top-performing revenue talent against competitive tech companies Ability to leverage data and metrics to optimize the GTM hiring funnel Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong bias toward action
