HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FABRICATOR AND ASSEMBLY SPECIALIST IN WINTER HAVEN, FL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Fabricator and Assembly Specialist to join our team in Winter Haven, Florida. This individual will be responsible for but not limited to cutting, drilling, operating and maintaining a variety of shop equipment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift 50 pounds, and must be comfortable working in a hot environment during summer months. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 8 am - 4 pm | Monday - Friday
• Located in Winter Haven, Florida

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform varied daily tasks on equipment including but not limited to CNC router table, band saws, drill presses, heating systems, miter saws, threading machines and a variety of common tools.
• Decipher and analyze all BOM's (build of materials) and perform necessary duties for completion of fabricated units (self and others)
• Perform visual inspections and other noted quality control checks to ensure accuracy (self and others)
• Fill out, analyze and check fabrication production reports and submit totals daily to proper management
• Safely operate within the department at all times and report/ address any possible violations or concerns
• Look for ways to create greater efficiencies on existing projects
• Work with appropriate personnel to administer acceptable timeframes for completion of customer orders
• Ensure proper maintenance of tooling, and inventory of supplies for each job
• Interact with management on new projects and provide insight into the "hands on" portion of job
• Train, develop and assist others on customer specific jobs and ensure that they maintain the quality standards of the client and comply with BOM's.
• Must be able to work independently and perform to established standards; as well as advance others to this same level
