The COO will have full operational responsibility for a complex, multi-shift manufacturing organization, serving as the primary operational partner to the CEO. This leader will drive alignment, accountability, throughput, and continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily operations across manufacturing, engineering, tooling, automation, quality, and supply chain Ensure stability, performance, and consistency in a 24/7 production environment Build and execute scalable operating systems, processes, and KPIs Drive Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and data‑driven decision making Strengthen cross‑functional alignment and leadership accountability Partner with executive leadership on capacity planning, growth strategy, and organizational design Support new product introduction, advanced manufacturing technologies, and customer requirements Ideal Background 15+ years of progressive leadership in advanced or precision manufacturing Proven success leading multi‑shift, 24/7 operations with 200+ employees Strong systems thinker with Lean / CI mindset Financially literate, metrics‑driven operator Hands‑on leadership style with executive presence Technical Degree & Background Required Seniority level Executive Employment type Full‑time Job function Production Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
