Our client, a dynamic organization in the logistics services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate
Location: Fernandina Beach, FL - 32034
Pay Range: $22
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize QuickBooks for recording and reconciling financial data
- Handle payment processing and vendor inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
What's Needed?
- Experience with QuickBooks and payment processing
- Ability to work independently and start immediately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
