Service Manager

American Fleet Service, Inc

Overview SERVICE MANAGER NEEDED: American Fleet Service, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated manager with at least several years of experience who can motivate the sales staff and technicians to produce proper margins and keep workflow moving to fulfill customers' needs. Responsibilities Oversee the entire shop operations, from parts acquisition, shop maintenance and technician efficiency. Answer directly to the owners weekly with reports on all key performance indicators. Make final decisions regarding customer and employee issues that may arise. Perform service writing, parts, and estimating on service orders as needed. Other information The owners are always available for guidance and advice. Our Point of Sale software is FullBay and we use FullBay payments processing. Bonuses can be discussed during the interview stage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
