Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Summary Public Storage, the self‑storage industry leader, is hiring Property Managers to work flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm). Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport, lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, clean and free of debris. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
