US Power Solar is hiring Sales Lead Generators to connect with homeowners, generate interest in solar, and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants.

You don't need to design solar systems.
You don't need to explain financing.
You don't need to negotiate contracts.
You don't need to close the sale.

Your job is simple:

Start conversations. Generate qualified leads. Set appointments.

Our Solar Consultants take it from there—handling the homeowner consultation, system design, financing options, proposal, and closing.

When a qualified lead you generate becomes a completed solar installation, you earn $1,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Lead Generator, you'll work in residential communities throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California area to identify homeowners interested in learning more about solar.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prospecting residential neighborhoods
• Approaching and speaking with homeowners
• Introducing homeowners to solar and home energy solutions
• Generating qualified homeowner leads
• Scheduling appointments for Solar Consultants
• Accurately entering lead and appointment information into company systems
• Following company lead qualification guidelines
• Building referrals and developing your personal network
• Following up with prospects when appropriate
• Representing US Power Solar professionally in the field

This is a field-based sales opportunity and is best suited for people who are comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations.

NO SOLAR EXPERIENCE? WE'LL TRAIN YOU.

You don't need to be a solar expert to get started.

High-performing Lead Generators can pursue $100,000+ annual earnings through consistent production and uncapped commissions.

There is no fixed hourly wage or salary limiting your earning potential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

COMPENSATION
