About the Opportunity This is a primarily in-office position located near Scottsdale Road and Thunderbird Road in Scottsdale. You'll work alongside our experienced team preparing business and individual tax returns while becoming familiar with our clients, systems, and procedures. From the start, you'll review and prepare tax returns from a team of preparers, helping ensure quality work, productivity, and consistency while serving as a mentor and technical resource to the team. As you become established within the firm, you'll take on increasing client-facing responsibilities while expanding your role in managing personnel, workflow, and the overall quality of our tax practice. We'll provide the mentorship, support, and opportunities needed to accelerate both your technical expertise and leadership skills. As you demonstrate your capabilities, you'll quickly take on greater responsibility and become an integral part of the firm's leadership team. What We're Looking For Approximately 3–5 years of recent experience preparing business and individual tax returns A strong understanding of federal and state tax law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional judgment and emotional maturity A desire to build long-term relationships with clients An interest in mentoring and leading others as your career grows Experience with CCH Axcess or Lacerte is a strong plus, but not required. This is a primarily in-office position with some remote work available. Candidates with a reasonable commute to our Scottsdale office will be best positioned for success. Why Join Our Team?
