Facility Designer I

Facility Designer I Develop a major portion of our project deliverables by performing the following tasks: Primary Responsibilities Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, and development of specifications and construction documents Selection, coordination, and layout of various design aspects (industrial shop equipment, site flow, etc.) Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to complete different levels of documents Submittal, shop drawing, and RFI review Conduct construction field observations Other design and engineering tasks as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial design, facility planning, equipment layout, or workflow analysis; entry‑level candidates with a 4‑year degree and strong BIM skills will be considered Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to interact with and present to clients effectively Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design, or a related field Command of Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of SketchUp Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project) Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. Colorado: $61,523.00 – $87,890.00.
