Overview
Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech, Ultrasound specialty, in Lodi, California, beginning 08/17/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Earn $1,896 to $1,947 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. This travel assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasonic diagnostic examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
- Acquire, optimize and document high-quality images; perform calculations and measurements as needed; present findings to physicians
- Provide direct patient care, assess patient condition, position patients and equipment, and monitor vital signs throughout procedures
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and supply inventory; ensure proper image storage, documentation, and HIPAA compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with image interpretation as directed; mentor or supervise ultrasound personnel when requested

Requirements
- Diploma or certificate from an ultrasound program (Required)
- Current certification/registration in one or more of the following: ARDMS (AB, OB, or RVT) or CCI-RVS; ARRT in Sonography (S) or (VS); or ARRT-VS or ARRT-S, with certification current or obtained within one year of hire
- California licensure to practice sonography (or eligible); license to be obtained/completed within one year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A minimum of two years of recent ultrasound experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and perform patient-facing duties
