Commercial Maintenance Trainer

We are currently seeking a commercial Maintenance Technician Trainer. You will be responsible for mentoring and develops new and existing Field Maintenance Technicians. Create individualized training profiles, develops and oversees technician development plans, and provides advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Field Maintenance Technicians and Store Support teams as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provides advice and guidance to Field Maintenance Technicians within assigned area
- Reviews and recommends maintenance or repair procedures for new and existing equipment
- Develops, maintains and delivers training material for store equipment to address training needs of the maintenance organization
- Provides equipment/system training and instruction to Company personnel, as needed, to ensure safe and proper operation
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3+ years experience with maintenance tools, equipment and leadership
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience with MS Office suite applications
- Show leadership, effective communication and collaboration with others
