Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join our beautiful new dispensary located in Hamilton Township, NJ. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Uphold a clean and organized workspace Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role preferred Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Strong attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Competitive wages commensurate with experience Opportunities for career growth and development in the cannabis industry A supportive, educational and inclusive work environment Job Type Part -Time Pay $18.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Shift 5-10 hour shift Work Location In person Salary: $18 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Sweetspot Brands
