Job Functions: Enterprise Patch Management Administration Administration of KnowBe4 web-based IT Security training platform SonicWall Firewall and VPN administration and support Office 365 support and administration, (Azure, Email, OneDrive, Teams, Security Events, Alerting, etc.) Coordinates with internal and external resources to identify and repair / mitigate vulnerabilities in the organizations IT systems. User account security administration and oversight for datacenter, network, servers, ERP and other enterprise applications. Maintains Windows OS configuration and hardening standards. Assists with the creation and maintenance of IT security policies and related procedures. Participates in Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments Performs recurring security and technology reviews for various divisions across the organization Participates in internal and external IT audits and assessments Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate and division Disaster Recovery plans. Initiates Security Incident Response procedures when necessary; tracks incident to resolution and generates detailed post-incident reports. Maintains IT Security Metrics for AV, Patch Management, KB4/Training Fosters and maintains key vendor / 3rd party service and support relationships. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or similar area of technical study; or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field Advanced proficiency with Active Directory, NTFS security, Group Policy, and related client management tasks. Experience with enterprise MDR / AV solutions, (SentinelOne or similar) Experience implementing / administering MFA solutions, (Duo or similar) Experience with VMWare and/or Hyper-V Administration Experience with vulnerability management technologies. Familiarity with one or more IT security frameworks, (NIST, ISO, COBIT, MITRE, etc.) Familiarity with the ITIL technology framework is desirable. Familiarity with Citrix support and administration is desirable. Experience with corporate acquisitions and related technology integrations is desirable. Ability to communicate with associates at all levels of the organization Strong written communications skills with experience writing technical documentation Motivated, committed and energetic self-starter dedicated to providing high quality and responsive IT service Availability to work evenings and weekends, sometimes with little notice.
