Who you are:
- Dependable above all else your team knows they can count on you
- Detail-oriented and proud of the quality you produce
- A team player who'd rather win together than coast alone
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do:
- Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment
- Keep an eye on quality
- Inspect and trim parts
- Work alongside with your shift to hit production targets
What we offer:
- $20/hour to start with potential raises throughout first year, plus year-end production bonus!
- Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime when you want it
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k with company match) the 1st of the month after 30 days
