Redwood Shores, CA $18$23/hour 1-Year W2 Contract-to-Hire Hybrid Schedule 1 Day Remote per Week Location: Redwood Shores, CA 94065

Position Overview

The CSC Associate provides essential administrative support to the team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally
• Schedule meetings, coordinate conferences, and maintain calendars
• Maintain filing systems and assist with mail distribution and office organization
• Order office supplies and support administrative office functions
• Assist with financial record keeping and expense tracking
• Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in shared office spaces, including kitchen and common areas

Schedule

Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Hybrid schedule with 1 remote workday per week

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Prior administrative experience preferred (02 years)
