Job Summary Ganahl Lumber Company is hiring Door and Window Outside Salespeople. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who is knowledgeable in the Door & Window industry – exceptional experience in outside sales is a plus. This position also requires great hospitality, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, sense of urgency/priority and the ability to process information with efficient accuracy. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities and ensuring overall customer satisfaction for clients. The earning potential is unlimited with no caps on commissions paid to the salesperson. Responsibilities Generate and close new business opportunities. Ensure overall customer satisfaction for clients. Build relationships with prospects and clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Qualifications Self‑motivated sales professional. Knowledgeable in the Door & Window industry. Exceptional experience in outside sales (plus). Excellent hospitality and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time‑management. Sense of urgency/priority and ability to process information accurately. Appreciation for unlimited earning potential and commission structure.
