Manager Customer Experience

Summary The Customer Experience Manager leads store-level client development, relationship selling, and customer retention strategies. This on-site role also plans brand experiences and events that build community connections and support commercial goals. Responsibilities Develop event plans and oversee scheduling, budgets, communications, production, execution, and reporting. Coordinate seasonal event calendars and strategies with store leadership, corporate teams, merchants, and brand partners. Build relationships with clients, community organizations, philanthropic groups, and corporate partners. Monitor customer relationship KPIs and store performance, using insights to adjust strategies and achieve targets. Lead client relationship initiatives and identify opportunities to engage top clients through private client programs. Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience. Experience leading, motivating, and coaching teams. Ability to analyze data, determine actions, and present to executive-level audiences. Proficiency with social media, Google Suite, Tableau, CONNECT, and InDesign.
