Division Director - FSPS

Overview Whitecap Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take ownership of the Professional Services vertical. This role involves developing client partnerships and leading a team of recruiters and business development consultants to drive revenue performance and client expansion. Ownership and Responsibilities Ownership of the Professional Services vertical (Finance & Accounting, Admin, HR, Operations). Development of client partnerships across mid-market and enterprise organizations. Growth and leadership of a team of recruiters and BD consultants. Revenue performance across direct hire placements. What You’ll Do Drive new logo acquisition and client expansion. Build and coach a high-performing recruiting team. Maintain a personal desk while scaling team output. Implement process, structure, and best practices for consistent delivery. Partner with leadership to expand market footprint across offices. Requirements 8-12 years in professional services staffing (A&F, Admin, HR, Ops). Proven billings experience ($600K-$1M preferred). Strong full-desk background. Experience managing or mentoring recruiters. Entrepreneurial mindset – you know how to turn a desk into a division.
