Desktop Support Analyst

*Description*
Our customer is seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Endpoint Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. This role is crucial for providing direct, in-person technical support to our users in Indy and Chicago (as needed). The position offers significant opportunity for growth into higher-level engineering tasks for a motivated individual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems.
* Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support.
* Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes.
* Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices.
* Provide support for the Office 365 environment.
* Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor, as the office is occasionally used by executive leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2-3 years of experience in a corporate IT support or help desk environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and various operating systems.
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
* A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for professional growth.
Desired Skills (for long-term growth):
* Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot beyond basic deployment processes.
* Interest in developing skills in IT engineering areas such as packaging, PowerShell scripting, and Azure.
* Experience with conference room systems (e.g., Crestron, Neat) is a plus.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
