In this role, you’ll work primarily with residential customers (and some light commercial), designing HVAC systems that deliver comfort, efficiency, and long-term value. You’ll perform load calculations, recommend properly sized equipment, and guide customers through their options with confidence and professionalism..

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Home Comfort Designer, you’ll play a key role in helping customers make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust and presenting clear, professional system options 
• Perform load calculations and explain energy efficiency and cost projections 
• Generate and convert leads through follow-ups, networking, and relationship-building 
• Recommend system upgrades and service plans based on customer needs 
• Guide customers through financing, paperwork, and warranties to ensure a seamless experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual earnings: $60,000 – $250,000+ (performance-based)
