As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to residents and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card/license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
