Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in Compton, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property areas, including building perimeters, lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading docks, and common spaces, as assigned.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access concerns or unusual conditions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
- Document patrol activities, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and property representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
